Dear clients, I completely understand that emergencies can arise. Kindly notify me 24 hours before your appointment for rescheduling discussions. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to book with me again after a no-call, no-show, you will be required to pay your total balance upfront upon booking.

Deposit payments has to be payed when you book, but on the day of your appointment, the remaining balance is accepted through debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, or Cash App. Your flexibility in payment methods is appreciated.

On appointment day, wear comfortable, loose clothing. Please be patient as each service takes time.

I understand life's unpredictability. If running late, kindly notify me. A $5 fee applies for every 10 minutes past the scheduled time. After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled and will be considered a no-call, no-show.
